Correspondence with Departments of Government and Subordinate offices in regard to Supply Department Scheme. 9.Implementation of policy decisions relating to Food Laws and other essential commodities and amendments thereto. 10.0btaining advice from different Departments either in file or by official correspondence. 11. Matters relating to essential commodities and Public Distribution System not involving policy matters. 12. Entitlements of Gazetted Officers below the rank of Deputy Secretary except the Section Officers. 13. Matters relating to non-statutory committees and conferences. 14. Legal matters not involving any policy. |
